Digital Audio output in MacBook
I bought a new MacBook in Feb 2008 with Leopard. It comes with a optical digital audio output. Is that a mini TosLink/optical audio port?
I want to use a mini Toslink to regular Toslink adapter. From this adapter, I can connect to my home theatre audio receiver thro' a regular Toslink/optical audio cable.
If this is NOT a mini Toslink port, is there any cable which can connect to my home theatre's receiver, thro' its Toslink audio input.
Thanks.

You'll want something like this. Nice thing is that it has the adapter, so you can use it to connect your notebook to your home theater, or you can remove the adapter to use it as a normal optical cable between other HT components.

My god, the price on that thing... Try http://www.monoprice.com/products/pr...seq=1&format=2, I use one of these to connect my MBP to my Onkyo stereo
