Help - Keyboard Firmware Update Does not install
Hello All,
As the title says, I am having problems installing the keyboard firmware update 1.0.
I have a Macbook that is about a year old. I run the software update on a pretty regular basis and have not any problems with software installs.
However, the Keyboard firmware update does not seem to install. Every time I run the software update, it says that I need to install the firmware update. I have "installed" it numerous times, but it still pops up. Other software has been successfully installed and is no longer displayed, but not the firmware update.
This has been going on for a few weeks. Any ideas?
Thanks in advance.

You need to go into your Utilities folder (under the Applications folder), find the Built-in Keyboard Firmware Update application and run it. (Normally, these applications run automatically after being installed but, for some reason, this one doesn't.)
