iPhone speed test - how fast is your download?

Just wondering what everyone else is getting. I was camping and the downloads were painfully slow. We were trying to identify different plants and trees with the boy scouts. With 2 bars we were getting 40kbps out in western MD. In central MD the downloads are usually about 192kbps. How are your speeds?
