change Airport Express channel

How do I change the channel from 6 (automatic) in Airport Utility? When I click on the link in Airport Utility it doesn't off up anything...

    Manual setup in AirPort Utility.

    I realized I wasn't getting anywhere because I was joining another network that was on 6.
