Mighty Mouse - Wireless

Hey guys,



I just placed my Mighty Mouse on a ordinary cloth pad http://www.steelseries.com/teaser_heaven/front/qckheavy to be specific..

And it dosen't work on it!? I mean, a ordinary cloth mouse pad, and it dosen't work - it just jumps all over the screen.



It works on a dirty old school book of mine, but not the cloth pad. Can that be right?

    Cloth mouse pads only work well with mice with rollers.



    Optical/Laser mice have always required a surface that is "smoother". The cloth pads scatter the light too much. The Mighty Mouse needs a hard surface.

    Allright, didn't realize, since my gaming laser mouse works just perfect on this mat.



    But thanks for the advice, just a shame - now they can't share the same mat!
