Now mind you its not a confirmation directly from Apple headquarters but anyone with common sense will realize what this means.

    Unfortunately the current trademark holder appears to still be using the iPhone branding.



    I'd expect them to stop using it and rebrand in advance of any announcements by Rogers/Apple.

    Any settlement must have been a super windfall. The company looks like some dippy little voice reseller.



    It's been so long now, no point thinking about the iPhone (officially) in Canada until the next hardware rev anyways...



    Frustrating.
