iPod Touch Data Storage

I've read that the iPod can be used as a storage device through iTunes. I don't think that's the case for the Touch? Am I correct? Can the Touch be used as a storage device? When my Touch is connected to iTunes it is listed as "iPod" but I don't see "Enable disk use" anywhere.
