Try "45:33" (originally released as an iTunes only track called "Nike + Original Run") by LCD Soundsystem! It was specifically developed as a standalone running track with warm-up and warm-down and everything.

The music they play at the gym sucks!
Over the years I have trained in a lot of different gyms and the one commonality I have found between nearly all of them is that the music that they play is terrible. I don?t know about you but I have trouble gearing up for a heavy dead lift session when Enrique Iglesius and the Back Street Boys are playing. For that reason my I Pod has become one of, if not the most valuable item that I bring with me to the gym. The right kind of music has the ability to motivate you in the gym and to help you squeeze out those last few reps. On the other hand the wrong kind will make you want to do a few minutes on the Swiss Ball, some light stretches and maybe ten minutes on the EFX machine before you head home for a warm bath and a fruit smoothie.
With that in mind the editors of Denxero.com have decided to compile a list of the twenty best workout songs of all time. These are the songs that are on our MP3 players when we hit the gym. These are the songs that motivate us when we?re feeling tired and lethargic. Hopefully some or even all of them will do the same for you and help you to bang out a few extra reps or at the very least, drown out Enrique.

Personally I think dance music is far more fun and inspiring than anger-inspired screamfest. Oh, and Sexyback REALLY sucks (they can't be serious -- why not put Right Said Fred on the list?). But that's just me.
If you're looking for workout/gym music on itunes, I highly recommend you start here:
