Airport firmware troubles

Has anyone else lost control of their Airport Extreme or Airport Express base station after using the most recent firmware update? I installed the update and now Airport Utility no longer recognizes the base station as an Apple device. The device work in the sense that I have a wireless network - just no ability to administrate it.

    Yes... I purchased an Airport Express. All seem to be working correctly during the setup stage. My computer recognized the AExpress and then also indicated that there is an update. I downloaded the update within the Airport Utility interface. Install to AExpress was fine but then I received a notice stating that there was an error during the updating process but gave no remedy.



    I reset the AExpress and the computer recognizes it but now refuses to be able to administer to join my current network. I ended up swapping for a new AExpress and will try again later but WITHOUT the update.
