Automatic logout after a few minutes

I am using a website application called Serena Collage to build a website for our University (Toledo). Serena asks me to login again if I am not active with it for a few minutes. Nasty.



At school, on a PC, I can walk away for a half hour and it still stays logged in. The problem happens with both Safari and FireFox.



Any ideas what's cooking?
