Apple USB Modem troubles in Windows via Boot Camp
As you can probably infer from the title, I am currently having troubles using the Apple USB Modem with my Mac Book Pro. I am running Windows XP via Boot Camp, and I have re-installed the Apple support drivers. I just bought the MBP last week, and came with Leopard. The USB Modem has trouble connecting, but when I connect using a different computer on the same line, I don't have any troubles. And when I do get it to finally connect, it will always suddenly disconnect after 3-5 minutes. Any ideas/thoughts/suggestions??? I thank you all in advance.

It seems a bit of a waste to have to buy another one though.
Yeah, I would rather not have to buy another one though. I think I may be able to find one that works with in both Mac OS X Leopard and in Windows XP. Anyone else have any other ideas, or knows of any other USB modems that work in both Leopard and XP?
Try running XP under something like VMWare Fusion, and then connecting to the internet using your mac. Then, just use Fusion's ability to bridge the network automagically and surf away.
Either that, or just connect to the internet using your Mac and enjoy virus and spyware free surfing to your heart's content.
Either, or
