Keynote 08 embedded movie controls

I've just created some interactive Keynote presentations which have embedded Quicktime movies on a few of the slides. When I export the Keynote entire presentation as a Quicktime movie, I lose the movie controls for the embedded movies. Is there a way to still be able to pause, stop, start, rewind and fast forward an embedded Quicktime movie within a Keynote presentation which has been exported to a Quicktime file?

    When you show your Kenote, all you have to do is mouse over the playing movie and the controls will appear.

    That works in the original Keynote file but not when its been exported to a Quicktime movie. Any other ideas?
