How to share media with PS3 through internet sharing?

So I am trying to share my media to my ps3 via an ethernet connection to my mac which is set to share a wireless internet connection over ethernet. I have used both the MediaLink and EyeConnect UPnP servers to successfully share the media over a wireless connection, but need a high speed ethernet connection in order to share my HiDef files.



Unfortunately, such servers do not appear to work when my mac is sharing it's internet connection. It's as if the software router that the Mac creates blocks UPnP traffic.
