When does new iPod touch released?

Hey guys,

I want an iPod touch but at the same time I don't want to get burned and have a new model come out two weeks later. Does anyone know when the next iPod touch is released. This current model has been out from Sept 5, 2007. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks!

    I mean, the only two options are June 9th's WWDC keynote (an easy surprise; small chance) or the now-annual iPod event that the touch was unveiled at (~September; the expected time).
