    Yeah, go to this site:

    http://www.fbi.gov/contactus.htm

call them up and explain the situation.

Do you actually know it's stolen or are you just assuming it was stolen because it's locked?

If you bought it knowing full well it was stolen, you'd have to be some kind of moron to come to a public forum asking for help to unlock it. The fact you called it ibook64 could mean either you are that moronic or you just don't know what the hell you're talking about.

If you do manage to get it to work (I certainly won't help you to do that) and you find that the information does not belong to the seller and there is a home address on the machine that the very least you will do is copy the data onto a drive/DVD and mail it back to them anonymously. Insurance may cover the cost of the machine but not the data stored on it.

Definitely this is one of the strangest requests/questions ever in this forum. Sorry for not being hepful, I am not sure if I want to be.

does this equate to something that needs to be banned?

theres a spend some money solution, but as its stolen I doubt the OP would be interested.

This strikes me as a troll to be honest. I'm scratching my head as to what an iBook64 is as there really is no such product.

You bought something you obviously feel was stolen and can't use it? I'd say that's some quick acting karma.

It might be Digital Chan, using a new alias!
