Setting up a midi keyboard
I'm having a spot of trouble setting up a Casio Privia PX-100 keyboard on my Mac.
I've got it connected via a TaHorng MIDI to USB cable. The TaHorng device shows up in the Audio Midi Setup app, but the keyboard does not.
I've downloaded a driver from http://code.google.com/p/casiousbmididriver/ but that didn't seem to work.
Anyone have any ideas what I should be doing?
