Volume Button Problem
Hello everybody
Apologies if this has been covered already - on a dial up connection in Thailand so searching isn't going too well.
I have a problem with my volume button. Or should I say I have a problem with my thumb. The volume button is exactly where my thumb goes when I'm speaking on the phone. Whilst my brain is distracted by talking to someone, my thumb inadvertently turns the volume down to zero and I keep thinking my call has dropped. Or perhaps my thumb is evil and it's doing it on purpose.
Is there a way I can disable the button from working? Apart from concentrating on my thumb whilst talking, which is the obvious one, I know, I know.
Just a minor annoyance, suppose I'll eventually get used to it if I have to, but hoping there's a quick fix.
Thanks in advance
K

Hi Konini... I assume you got a black market iPhone? I believe there is no way to disable the volume button. I recommend moving your thumb.

Yes it is an unlocked iPhone (and I love it to pieces already)
Get me a knife

Maybe you could just cut a little notch out the size of the volume rocker. Once it heals up, you're good to go.
