Trash warning how to switch it off

Recently moved to Leopard, am getting increasingly annoyed at having the "do you want to empty trash" warning.



can anyone tell me how to switch it off?



Im sure its "obvious" once Im told that is

    With "Finder" active... go to the menubar and select "Finder > Preferences > Advanced" ... you'll find a check-box to choose whether or not to show that warning.
