Uninstalling Jaguar

Hi everyone,
before I install Jaguar, with the option that backup the system os "old system" on the same partition, i would like to know how to un-install it later.

If you were a developer you would know this. But I would make a partition.

I don't think you can uninstall it and you can't upgrade from it.

What confuses me is that they seem to offer an option to install it on the same partition with a backup.
It tends to indicate that you can you can switch back, but no option is given.
It is not possible to split a drive in 2 partition without erasing it, right?
