Also, how does Apple get away with requiring 10.5.4 for some features to work with MobileMe? This is why Apple will never be a major player in large enterprise. They build hardly any backwards compatibility in there products. But I guess that's why they're able to move forward with new features so quickly

How does Microsoft get away with Vista not being compatible with many peripherals that worked just dandy under XP?
Chill out, a lot of new applications need later OSen, because they were written for it.
