Today my Time Capsule gave up after two weeks of service. It won's mount the disk anymore, and until now I did not find a way to get into the TC. Anyone out there who knows about this problem and a possible fix for it?

The message from the logfile reads:

Jul 04 00:16:49\tNiveau:4\tVolume dk2 on Disk wd0 (ST3500630NS Q 9QG9H3NK 3.BTJ) needs repair (256).

Jul 04 00:16:49\tNiveau:4\tVolume dk2 on Disk wd0 (ST3500630NS Q 9QG9H3NK 3.BTJ) failed to mount (256).

Jul 04 00:16:48\tNiveau:3\tNo Address for NTP server time.apple.com.

Jul 04 00:16:48\tNiveau:4\tVolume dk1 on Disk wd0 (ST3500630NS Q 9QG9H3NK 3.BTJ) needs repair (256).

Jul 04 00:16:48\tNiveau:4\tVolume dk1 on Disk wd0 (ST3500630NS Q 9QG9H3NK 3.BTJ) failed to mount (256).

Any help would be greatly appreciated...

Use Disk Utility to repair the disk

I would love to, but the fact the disk is not mounted also means I can't see it with Disk Utility. Maybe I am missing something?

Hmm, it won't mount from wireless or a wired connection? If you use the Airport Utility does it at least show up in there?

I would call Apple Support first. If it's out of free support would it be possible to erase it in the Airport Utility and start over with your backups?

Also tried that, because I could no longer see the disk in AU. But it is taking so long I suspect something is wrong... I only have it for a little over two weeks, and until a couple of days ago it just worked fine...
