Need 1280x1024 resolution on my new widescreen 22''!

So, I got this spiffy new 1680x1050 monitor and then I realized something, my older games dont support this resolution. They do play, but stretched and blurred because its not pixel to pixel. Is there a way to crop the screen in any fashion so its 1280x1024 or something?

    Most monitors have a menu option that prevents scalaing of images. If you are using Windows and nVidia, the nVidia control panel has that option for you.



    If you are using OS X, pick a resolution the operating system supports and leave it at that.
