Can I use purchased iphone apps on my iPod touch too?
Hello all.
I am going to be getting an iPhone 3G very soon. I currently own an iPod touch. When I purchase apps or download free apps for the iPhone 3G can I also install the purchased apps to both devices? Obviously I could install the FREE apps separately on each device but I don't want to have to pay for the purchased apps twice. So, can one purchase be installed to both the iPhone and the iPod touch and how would I do this on the iPod touch after an iPhone app installation?
Does the paid-for app reside on the hard drive and can it then be installed on a second device? If so, how?
Just trying to plan ahead and understand the path!
