Out of control lines?
I went to the San Diego UTC store to get an iPhone and the line was so disorganized and long that there were a lot of people cutting in line and no one enforcing the line order much. After about 1/2 an hour with ZERO movement in the line I left. (I'm sure people were going in/out the store with new phones but the amount of people cutting in line seemed to be at the same rate.)
I don't mind waiting in line, but when the line sprawls through a mall with idiots sitting on chairs/benches that don't move and allowing gaps to appear in the line that people take advantage of and jump the line - I can't take it.
i want people to be in an orderly line, to move forward when there is an opening.
How's the line at your store?
