MobileMe - boxed copy or online sign up?

Does anybody know if there is a difference between (1) buying a boxed copy of MobileMe, and (2) clicking the "sign up for a free trial" link at me.com and completing the subsequent form?



Maybe with (2), they send a boxed copy anyway?
