Totally turn of calendar reminders on iPod Touch

I was wondering if anyone has found a way to turn off reminder notifications for the iPhone/iPod Touch. I have upgraded to the 2.0 software and found out how to turn the sound notification off, but I want to turn off the on-screen notification off, too. I have Push mail set up to my iPod Touch, which works very well with Exchange. However I currently get 4 reminders, 1 for iCal on my Mac, 1 for Entourage, 1 on my Smartphone and now on my iPod. Since I always have my smartphone and iPod with me.



Does anyone know if there is an option to turn off reminders, just like on the "real" iCal?
