Exchange Problems...Help!!
I am trying to set up my work email on an exchange server to sync with my iPhone but I don't think my device is set up correctly. When I was in the office it was pushing emails to my device instantaneously (faster than it came with the blackberry BIS even). However once I turned my computer off none of my work emails were being forwarded anymore. This morning, I opened Entourage (Outlook for the Mac) on my laptop and immediately, I got all the emails that hadn't come through since yesterday.
Then once I turned off Entourage I stopped receiving emails again. However when I checked my email on the outlook web access web portal, the emails began being downloaded to my device again. Anyone know how I can fix this issue and make my iPhone automatically receive emails as they are delivered? Thanks.
