Search in Google

Hello,



Just a quick question. When you highlight a word or phrase on a site and right click, there is the option to 'Search in Google." It's very helpful however I would like to be able to open the search in a new window or a new tab. Is this possible? I can't seem to fine a preference that allows this option. Does anybody know of a way to do this?

    You mean Safari? Firefox will open it in a new tab. Try holding Command or Option. Sometimes they reveal hidden behavior.

    ...as was hinted at in the previous message. Holding down Command will open in a new tab and holding down Command-Option will open in a new window. Note these key modifiers also apply while clicking on links, clicking bookmarks, and pressing return in the Address URL field or Google search field.
