No Visual Voicemail

Hi- I can't access my visual voicemail on my iPhone 3G. When I check my voicemail it dials it and I can listen to it. Not that I must have visual voicemail, but if it's available I would like to try it.

    Is that the regular AT&T voicemail that people leave when you don't answer your cellphone? Or is it some other voicemail?

    After an hour long call with AT&T tech support, they found out that my iphone was never set up properly at the att retail store. The tech support rep was pretty cool. She said AT&T is having all types of customer support issues. A lot of the CSRs do not know how to correct problems on the iPhone.



    She said people are getting pissed.
