dead iTouch
My sister just got a free iTouch with her new computer, courtesy of Apple's student giveaway, and after about a week of operation, last night it all of a sudden died.
Holding the power button does not fix it, plugging it in, charging it, and then trying the power button does not fix it either. Has anyone ever run into a problem like this? Should I ship it back to Apple and get a new one?

Regrettably, I live in Montana, and there are no Apple stores here.
Closest one is 12 hours of driving away in Seattle.
