Newbie to X

This might sound odd but i cant find the old 'System profile' or anything like it so i can check the hardware profile of my new mac.?



And where is a good place for hints / tips and info for an OS x newbie?

    The System Profiler is in the utilities folder in your Applications folder:



    /Applications/Utilities
