Iphone 3g wrong passcode vibration

Hi,



I have a passcode lock on my iphone 3g. Normally when I get the code wrong it vibrates as a wrong code notification, but sometimes it just stops vibrating when I get it wrong. If I power cycle it, it'll vibrate when i get the code wrong but eventually it stops again. I have the phone on silent. Is anyone else having this problem?

    Mine's an original model, and always used to vibrate before upgrading (I don't remember whether it was 2.0 or 2.0.1). I was actually rooting through all the settings today to see if that had become a separate option and turned off, but it just seems to be something they've removed.



    It sounds like it sometimes happens for you still--is that right, or has it stopped entirely?



    It's not a huge deal, obviously, but just kind of a nuisance; I liked having that tactile feedbackl.
