Live Video Streaming on iPhone

I am a pretty experienced Mac user, but I don't understand why services like Qik and Flixwagon aren't on the Apple AppStore. They are widely used on jailbroken phones, however.



Does Apple have some sort of data cap (while in-use) for applications, or are the apps still too buggy?
