AT&T rep said you have 30 days - Apple says 14 days. What I think it is is that within 14 days you can return, no questions asked, after 14 days, there is a 10% ($20) restocking FEE unless of course you can show them, "HEY AFTER 2.0.1 (but am trying 2.0.2) UPDATE, the GPS doesn't work and I have to turn the phone on and off to get emails.

Also, have you guys read about the so called Infineon problems? It might be the cause of the problems, would that mean a HUGE RECALL?? As FIRMWARE could not fix this.

    Thoughts?

Wonder if they will make newer phones and revamp and if I should return and WAIT it out.

    THOUGHTS??

Geeesssh, I post a thread and get no reply almost 24 hours ago....

    LOL.

I did it and ended up bringing my phone back....

My wi-fi speeds went from 7000kbps (700K) to 100, and GPS was all over the place and 3G didn't really do anything except if I was on a 3G call - it would not drop. 2250+MB for that?

FWIW, maybe I should post in main thread, but the phones are now shipping with 2.0.1 and the 2.0.1 that I have is more accurate with GPS than when I did the 2.0.1 update from 2.0.0.

Still, I think 2.0.0 was the best and gave you the best battery life - will wait and wait and wait before ever jumping the gun on an update.

    Why?

     Home=wi-fi - so I don't need 3G

     Office = wi-fi so I don't need 3G

 Why have on location services, 3G and WI-FI anyway if I am at a computer.

This way you get 10+ hours.....of use and talk time switching to WIFI when needed, 3G when away from wi-fi, although there should be ONE button to turn on and off all this stuff to make it just a phone to conserve battery life. JMHO
