Cant Download In any browser without file save as
Hey guys i have a problem, a while ago i believe after i downloaded fetch. It has disabled me from downloading files within all my browsers unless i am able to use a save as. Its not gotten to the point where i really need to download a file from a source which doesnt have a place i can link from.
Anyway know of any fix? Uninstalling fetch didnt work. I believe it has something to do with its download manager that it reset the properties for the system. Anyway to reset this? I am currently running.
