UK PAYG details released
Didn't see this anywhere else, but O2 have released details of their pay-as-you-go offering on the iPhone:

Doesn't seem to as bad as it could be. Phone for £350, £400. Includes a year of free data. Normal PAYG tarrifs.
But no call merging or visual voicemail.
