So by now everybody has heard about the lawsuit filed by that quick witted woman in

Alabama about the Iphone speed. But have you actually read it?

    Although Birmingham, Alabama may not be as hilly as San Francisco,

    or as congested as Manhattan, the phraseology:



    "Furthermore, upon information and belief, said area is a location

    that provides excellent 3G coverage" is the fatal flaw which should get

    this suit tossed out as naming the wrong defendant.



    Witness how hip the Europeans and the Japanese, who have long had 3G, are to

    the fact that 3G doesn't work well indoors, etc:

    Although courts are not well known for taking the laws of physics into account,

    some expert witness should appear intoning that "the network is the computer"...
