itunes import help needed
When I import a cd which has an exact duplicate in my library, the only choice I have is to import over the present member (which I don't want to do) or not to import over the present member and to import the copy. What I really want to do is this: don't import the duplicate at all and do nothing to the present member.
At the point of import, I don't want the member imported if a duplicate is already in the library
I can't figure out how to do that and now as I import my personal cd's, i am ending up with many duplicates that I will have to sort through and determine which copy is the one i want.
Is there a way to prevent the duplicate recording at the "import" point?
