iPhone using VOIP

Is there an app that would allow me to use my iPhone to talk VOIP? I recently upgraded my wife's 1st gen iPhone to a 3G and I am using the 1st Gen as a iTouch. Since I have VOIP at home I would like to be able to use wifi to connect to VOIP with my 1st Gen iPhone. Anyone know how to do this?

update: there is an app called TruPhone. might be the one you're looking for.
