Jaguar? Where're you?

Could anyone tell me where's to download the latest build of Jaguar? I heard so many things about it, but have no idea as to where can I get it? Thank in advance. <img src="confused.gif" border="0">

    First you have to pay $3500 for a developer package at connect.apple.com and then you get seed keys which you can use to download seeded programs such as Jagaur.

    You can also sign up for the AppleSeed program at Apple, where they put you on a beta testers list.



    And since that constitutes the sum of all methods that I know of for getting it *legally* *ahem*...
