Can't print - anyone have answer?

Epson 4000

10.5.5

Error code 9672



Intel Mac

Connected via ethernet



Tried firewire, with same error code.



I can print to the printer via print sharing, but I have no features i.e.



- No print settings

- No Paper size settings

- No settings other then the standard stuff.



Which doesn't work well in a design studio

    You need to install the driver on your machine too for those options.

    I have done all of these things i.e.,



    - gone and downloaded the latest drivers

    - Called Apple, they say it's Epson's issue

    - Called Epson, They say it's Apples issue, as codes come from within the OS

    - Called Apple with above information, and they said, yes, codes are from us, and try this, this ,this and this

    - Removed and installed OS 10.5.5 again

    - Installed OS 10.5.5 on another drive

    - Played with new settings in the network pane



    I'm getting nowhere fast
