software glitch leads to different carrier displayed
Im new to the i-phone and man problems but had some experience on mods back with the razr. I experienced a glitch on the iphone that showed the carrier UNICELL rather than ATT. I attempted to wake the phone up by hitting the home button to no luck so i tapped it a few more time's, the software took a few moments but finnaly displayed when it showed UNICEL on the top carrier line rather than ATT, i do know UNICEL is the local provider of the towers any idea's. Also wouldnt unlocking the iphone be as simple as comparing the code from different countries like US and CANADA etc to find the difference so we know where to begin looking for the new lock methods just curious
