Airport extreme and Mac Pro

I have a mac pro but it doesn't have the wireless card installed into it.



but i just bought an airport extreme base station.

now can i hook that up to my mac pro and use that to connect to my current wireless network?

    You should be able to, I am going to assume that you are connecting your Mac Pro to your Airport Extreme via ethernet. You have to configure the wireless settings on the airport to connect to the existing wireless network and set it to bridge mode so that it does not distribute IP's.



    I think it should work if not please PM me and I will try and look into it if I can.
