iPhone Map App, Video Recording, etc.

Well, I'm about to get an iPhone, but I'm still debating over the Android G1 or the Apple iPhone.



I've seen that the G1 could use Google Maps' new street view feature, and the iPhone cannot. Is Apple planning on adding this feature?



I've heard that you cannot send text messages with pictures attached with the iPhone, but the G1 can do that. Is what I've heard true?



Uhm, what else, hmm.



Oh, video recording. Are you able to record video on the iPhone?



Any other pros and cons for each phone you could tell me are much appreciated. =]

    Well, I'm really digging the iPhone because of the 16GB, so music as a go for that. I'd like to be able to record video, I know as of now the G1 doesn't have that, but I'm not sure about the iPhone. I really like the Apps, but I've been told that Apple limits the apps and the G1 is open source, so I'm not sure what more can come out of when it comes to user-created content.



    Sending pictures as attachments in messages would be nice too, since I'm always snapping photos.
