install itouch on 2nd computer

in iPod + iTunes + AppleTV edited January 2014
i upgraded to a 3 g phone and gave my daughter my itouch. how does she install it using itunes we get a message do we want to loose everything or pay. well i payed once do i have to pay again ? please advise
