Does anyone know how to keep incoming txt from automatically being displayed on the main screen? This is annoying when I'm sitting in the lab, and one of my buddies sends a dumb txt, and it pops up where everyone can see it.

Yeah id like to know the same. It's a fantastic feature for when watching vids ect....but sometimes I would want to disable it.

There is no way to stop this. I've tried, and it comes up regardless. I hope they add this in a future software update.

    Step 1: Go to Settings

    Step 2: General

    Step 3: Passcode Lock

Step 4: Pick a passcode lock

Step 5: Show SMS preview -> Slide to ON

Now all that will show on the screen when someone TXTs you is their name. Not their message. This seems to be the only solution so far! I hope this helps.
