What's YouTube Up To?

They will be streaming a live event/concert on http://www.youtube.com/live .



Could this signal their entry into more live streaming content, including the average stream of crap from users, a la Stickam? Perhaps a near-future iPhone successor will allow live streaming to a YouTube channel... the mind boggles.

    Yeah, this is also a precursor to live sports and news on Apple TV via the YouTube app. Then all we need is an iTunes TV show subscription service and we have Apple IPTV.
