Cleaning my iPhone and my MacBook

I´m at last a proud owner of an iPhone. I love the iPod Touch (in fact, I think the touch is more sexy) but to have all that stuff plus the phone is awesome.
BUT, I got so hacked off wiv dirt and greese on the screen. Anyway, I put a screen protector on which is supposed to help stop it but it is just as bad. When I am out for the day, it gets so gunked up so I bought some wipes from icleanits.
I also use them on my white MacBook too and on my shades haha. anyway, i got em from http://www.icleanits.com if u r intestd.
Anyone know anything better? Its just thse are so easy to stick in me rucky!!!
