Application (widget or regular) that tests WiFi bandwidth

Hey,



I'm wondering if anyone has a recommendation for an app to accurately test WiFi bandwidth. My MBP seems fine internet-wise, but internal file transfers seem to take longer than expected, so I'd like to test. Any ideas?
