    I think it's a good idea to give people the option - I'm generally quite forgiving talking to people with accents but when you are frustrated with a problem, the last thing you need is to have to try to understand what is being said.



    Wages are higher in Western countries so people should have to pay extra. I don't think a subscription is the best way to go about it though. Maybe just a premium rate line @ 50c/minute.
